To whom it may concern:

I am writing to express my extreme satisfaction with your company, namely Paulo and his crew. They just completed a patio project for us and we are beyond happy with the results. Each member of the crew worked diligently and paid attention to even the samllest details, which is the most appreciated - they even left the yard cleaner than it was to start with! Coomunication with Paulo was excellent and he was a pleasure to work with. We felt confident with him leading the job. I would be happy to serve as a contact of recommendation at any time.

Another Successful Egress Window Install

Norbert Henry does it again!

Posted: Thursday, March 7, 2013

Norbert Henry as one of Phoenix Home Service's top foreman shines on an egress window project again. Nobert's crew installs all of our egress window projects. Please see our Egress Window page more information. Our General Manager received this email yesterday and wants to share it with the world.

Mr. Tucker:

We wanted to express our satisfaction with your company and its employees for the egress window installation project. The one attribute we were particularly impressed with is your company's responsiveness to our questions and concerns. We would especially like to single out Norbert Henry, who was the site manager for our project. Our project began just a day or two before Norbert and his wife had a baby, yet he was on site two days later ensuring that everything was going smoothly. When we became concerned about the timing of the completion of the indoor work on the project due to our needing to paint the room before our au pair's arrival, Norbert ensured that everything was completed on time. He personally came out to do the finishing touches on the window on the weekend. Morevoer, when we recently noticed that the sump pump's battery was beeping just prior to a heavy rain storm, Norbert came out during the storm to replace the battery. Norbert is a genuine pleasure to work with, is very responsive to the customer's cares and concerns, and we wanted to express that we consider your company very fortunate to have Norbert on its staff. In short, our overall experience with Phoenix was a very positive one, and we will not hestiate to recommend you to our neighbors and friends who seek referrals on similar home improvement projects.

Today we finished a 1,000 square feet driveway in Manassas Park, VA. The customer emailed us about there satisfaction.

"Thanks for addressing my concerns on the phone yesterday. My understanding is that Phoenix will provide the dirt and sod for back fill next to the driveway where the edge is steep. Please let me know if I understood that incorrectly.

Also - I would like to post a write up for Phoenix on Angie's List. Do you have any issues with me listing the price and square footage of the driveway?

And finally I am very impressed with the job the crew did. I am amazed that they finished in one day! They are extremely efficient without sacrificing quality and hard working. They also did an excellent job cleaning up. I am very pleased we chose your company and that started with your estimate.

Thank you for an excellent job!" - Bonita

Additions, basements, bathrooms, and kitchens can be a great improvement to your home, and we have the right designers and installers for your remodeling project. Our designers can help design and install the perfect addition, basement, bathroom, or kitchen remodeling project. Starting from scale drawings or blue prints, our design consultants will develop the best options in lay out, space planning, and functionality for your new additions, basement, bathroom, or kitchen. Once the plans have been drawn up and approved it'stime to start picking your features including, flooring, cabinets, tile work, or paint colors. There are many different options to choose from ranging in price and style so finding a contractor you can work with and trust is critical when doing a complicated addition, basement, bathroom, or kitchen. Electrical and plumbing work needs coordinated with the carpentry work for a smooth install. Other important factors in remodeling your interior projects include picking the right type of tile, marble, wood, or laminate flooring, shower tile, backsplash tile, lighting, and paint colors. Once your flooring has been chosen it's time to look at options for your kitchen or bathroom counter tops which can range in material types from ceramic to marble or granite. The next step is to complete the project with new appliances, sinks, faucets, and fixtures. The last step is to finish the trim carpentry and paint all the walls, ceiling, doors, windows, and trim. Interior remodeling requires a very organized contractor because there are many construction trades involved in these types of projects. Often times up grades in the electrical panel will be required for the new lighting, outlets, and switches. These electrical changes require a Virginia DPOR State licensed electrical contractor. Second your project may require a licensed plumber. Each of these trades and contractors must be brought in at the right time to make your project run smoothly.
