All of our workers are "in house" and are led by a superintendent with a minimum of 10 years of experience. We have a full time General Manager who is your one point of contact between the design consultants, engineers, county inspectors, material suppliers, and the project superintendents. A qualified superintendent with years of hands on experience mixed with a General Manager to manage all aspects of your project makes the install a stress free experience and the final product high quality.
Some of our projects require permits and plans. Submitting for permits and providing plans to the jurisdictions is one of the most time consuming and difficult parts of any home improvement project. Working with a contractor who has the personnel and experience to make this a smooth process can make all the difference between a nightmare project and an enjoyable install.
We have good relationships with county workers to make the permit and inspection process run smooth. We work with engineers and draftsmen with 10 plus years experience that provide blueprints ranging from county detailed plans to more complex custom drawings. Our engineers are Virginia (VA), Washington DC or District of Columbia (DC), and counties including Fairfax County, Arlington County, Loudoun County, and Prince William County certified and can act as inspectors for the different jurisdictions as needed for complex projects outside the normal County detail. We have an "in house" permit runner whose only job is to go to the different jurisdictions to obtain any needed permits for your home improvment project.
